Topics on the virus and how aerosols interact with weather and the seasons is way beyond common sense.
This is well known but not to the same extent with every virus out there. And it doesn't have anything to do with masks vs not or hand washing. Take every precaution you reasonably can. Its not 100% foolproof but if enough people do these things, spread is minimized. Its not futile.
Whats the climate like in, say, Brazil? They're 29th in the world for cases per million.

Not a lot of people or covid cases in the UP, but the % of people testing positive in the western Up is high.
For comparisson here is South Dakota. One county at 18%, another 19%.

No, it's that a certain subset of society is addicted to fear. So much so that they get angry and try to dismiss to the point of denial when good news is mentioned. This might be the weirdest symptom to come from the pandemic.
