It came to people that missed in the spring when certain major metro areas got hit, and they missed it in the summer when many of the rest of the big cities and southern rural areas hit it bad. That probably lead to a false sense of security for many in the rural north. All these places are getting their first bad wave.

Spreading for the same reason the normal flu spreads every Fall. People’s immune systems are always under attack this time of the year from a number of bugs. Harder to fight off a Covid exposure when your body is not at peak immunity levels.

That is ironic, if they would have left the politics out of COVID, the Country wouldn't have been shut down either.

More likely, it was all the dirty urban dwellers coming up over "lockdown" and coughing all over our sacred land.

Great, now the Native in me is coming out! :bash:

I'm screwed my immune system is always supposed to suck because I'm on Humira. I've been on it almost a year and luckily I've yet to get sick

I've been on Humira for about 7 years. The fountain of youth for me. I've also been lucky and have not gotten any sickness/infections.

That's quite the problem for some here, they say believe the science then, contradict the stated science and call others deniers,

It's a crazy cycle for them.

Just got a call from our son in the New Baltimore area. His wife works at an elementary school and just got a call from the Principal. Her co-worker was sick and tested positive. The Principal put my DIL on 14 day paid quarantine. She was at Meijer's when she got the call. She decided to stock up. They had friends over last night, and today. Who knows how many are going to be affected, now.

They had friends over last night, and today? Don't they pay any attention to what is going on around them? :dizzy:

83,500 hospitalizations. Rate of increase has slowed down.
