I am in no way wound up. I am just asking for clarification on your points. It is hard for any of us to have a conversation with you if you make claims that are extremely vague.

I am not sure how close to home you think you are hitting or what exactly in your statements you believe hits close to home. If you are refer to mandatory apr's, I dont want them either.

Can you define deer hunting being "deer hunting" vs trophy hunting?

Also, can you help me with your last sentence and what it means?

What aprs are you referring to? Please. We may be able to talk about this but you have to be more specific. To my knowledge, no apes exist in this year cwd zones. I could be wrong but I believe they even removed the second tag apr. The up cwd area I am unsure of. They may have had them this year.

For one I never said APR's were the holy grail but the things you are saying are not true. 2, I'd ask where and how often you hunt to give some context to your statement? Just about any corner of the state you can find legal apr bucks, there is overwhelming proof every year all over this forum.

To your last point unless there is info posted somewhere it's pure speculation to answer that question but this year there were no apr's in the cwd zone.

To respond to what you added...
Can you give some examples of sharp shooters all over the state? You make it sound like they are on every property in the cwd zone. There have been very few sniper targeted deer in the cwd zone. 849 of 59,000+ tested were targeted deer. I would think that's a good thing when deer are suspected to have cwd.

Is that in michigan or nationally?

The next question would be what percentage of bucks tested are positive and what percentage of does tested are positive. I am not asking you to do this research, I am just thinking out loud. I will try to find it.

    Now that's funny.

If anyone sees a post that they believe is offensive they should report it. Myself or other Moderators may or may not read every thread in this forum. We do routinely check the reported posts though. ;)
