I don't mind the dinks as long as I have some for supper.
I go there all the time, I've never showed up when they are closed. I work in the area from time to time and I'll swing in there around lunch time.
8000 dinks in Anchor Bay 2 weekends ago. The size has declined a lot over the last 10 years. Some trips aren't even worth the boat gas anymore.
Had a great time at Fletchers last year, the campground was nice and they had a slip for my boat so I could leave it in all week.

I usually fish the shoals in the evening when they come to feed but other than that you can follow the crowds.
Oh and yeah, I don't expect the border will be open for any trips this season.
