You can't tell in the picture but the small boat threw his anchor directly behind 3 boats. It was not even 10 ft behind these guys. Apparently he's known for being an awhile. Someone actually stopped jigging and came over to give him a hard time. I'd say based off his response hes the brightest bulb. It was mainly just uhh you don't own the lake.
That's ridiculous ,can't fix stupid. hope you got your fish anyways. Can't wait to get out whippin have not been yet this year. Hopefully when I do I don't run into that fool.
I'll take a small legal eye over a lunker skunk any day! Especially as many as you can catch. Next month we'll all be praying for a limit. You know the drill
Last week I was jigging In SC river. I was in pretty shallow but would swing out wide each time I passed 3 guys fishing from an access area on shore. Around 7:00pm another boat with one guy comes barreling thru and anchors up not 50 ft upstream from where the guys were casting from shore. As I passed him I said "are you really going to set up whipping right there?" And I pointed to the guys on shore. He was oblivious, and all he said was "yep". One thing for sure, good fishing brings out all types.
Can't fix stupid. Two whoppers came out and set up in the middle of 20 plus boats actively jigging then proceeded to yell at everyone to stay clear of there anchors.
Stupid people everywhere. The better the fishing gets the more their will be. I think it's common sense to jig where people are jigging. If ya wanna whip pick a clear spot. Fish aren't always where all the boats are. Just saying.
But ya gotta remember you don't go fishing to get pissed off. Not worth the stress because it's true you can't fix stupid.
