Hi again Mike. We have received many completed surveys regarding the Lake Erie Algae issue. You can now remove that "sticky". We are in the data processing phase. Thanks again for posting the survey link. BTW - how's the fishing up your way? Gary.

Thanks for doing what you do for this site. Your are monitoring it closely and keeping it civil and informative. We are having trouble getting with you to get the survey (mentioned below) on the website. Could you please call or email Dr. Bennett at: [email protected] ? Or me. Or call? We need to post this survey while lots of guys are home and have time to fill it out. Thanks.

Gary Towns here (formerly Fisheries Division). I am working with MUCC and MSU to determine the economic impact of the Lake Erie algal blooms to fishing. Could MSU post a link to take the survey on the Detroit River/Lake Erie forum site...maybe as a "sticky"?. only for a few months. Dr. Bennett is doing the study and her email is: [email protected] I'm: [email protected] PM us to discuss.

Mike, you're doing good work exposing this Zander scam. Piss on those knowingly committing this fraud and the clowns defending them claiming "it's no big deal" and such.

Morning Mike, A friend and his father/son come into town every year for smallmouth on St Clair with myself and a client or two. This year it's Friday & Saturday next week. My boat is currently down and I am having one hell of a time finding a place that will rent a boat. We have our spot and baits pretty well dialed in, so a charter isn't necessary. Any chance you know of a solution? Thanks in advance.

Mike I have a question for you...we normally come up in May to chase some smallies, but this year we are thinking of coming up the last week of April. Have you ever fished for them at that time and how does it compare with May?
