I am sorry if this is inappropriate to contact you, I am new to the site. You may have been asked 100 times already, but are you interested in leasing the 50 acres this hunting season? I understand if it sells it can't be leased. This is the first year I decided to try and lease land and it appears to be a difficult task. Or a very expensive task. I am from MI, but had to move out of State. My family lives there and I go back to hunt with my brother each year. I can lease for 1 year, 1 season, or 1 week. Sorry for contacting you like this. I would love to buy, but I'm a year or 2 away from that.

I was told there is a drop off box where you can put $5 in with limited parking. I took a ride over there last year and found the place. It's off Scott drive. Might have to get over that way and get some of those specks together.

I lived on Potters for 5 years and I know a few good spots. We used to catch a some nice specks and a few pike, some over 3'. The problem is finding a place to park. Maybe we can park at the campground at the end of Potter Rd. I am not sure and have never done it before, but I live on Potter Rd. just west of Baxter.

Slowpoke, thanks for the invite. I was going to go last year but I never did, it does sounds like something I would like to do. I haven't look at this forum since I pulled my boat last fall. I was in my hunting mode and than the holidays came up. We do need to get together, sorry we didn't meet up last year. I was in kind of a funk for the last two years after being let go by the friends I knew for 50 years and worked for, for 30 years. I finally turned the corner last July and now that I'm 60 I feel ok about being retired. Lets go fishing. FISH ON Jim
