Yup, fish close to the pilings about half way down the canal that runs parallel to shore.

I fish out of a one man jonboat(2 would sink it). But, you can rent a 16' w/10hp for the day for $50($25 ea) if that sounds good. I wouldn't risk your lower unit in that area, alot of it is less than 3'. Fishing will get better as fall arrives and the PWC's will thin out too. Give me a shout when you can do it. Time to do some R&D for winter....got some high hopes for a few of these.....man I love to make jigs!
