Congrats,no luck for me neighbor guys cut me off,got the birds only saw one hen and a Jake.

Went with the same one and took my biggest bird yet. Bird weighed 23#, 11 inch beard 1 3/8 inch spurs. Shot him tonight out on the farm on turner road. Paid dearly for this bird. He came in on my right and being right handed could not get the gun shouldered properly. Mossberg 835 with 3 1/2" shells kicked the snot out of my chest, still sore and feels like I got kicked by a mule. Good luck and shoot straight.

Didn't know what your thoughts or stance was, but I am thinking about trying to form a QDMA coop in Genesee county. I have copied a link that shows a void in our area as far as a cooperative effort to change the age class of the deer in our herd. If you have any interest or would like to get involved let me know.
I read your post about not wanting to push any deer off your land and onto your neighbors "brown its down" land, and thought you might be interested. I had pictures of 7 bucks on my little 10 acres this year and only 1 was over the age of 1 1/2. It would be nice to see this change.
