Description:

The patented FURminator deShedding™ Tool quickly and easily removes (it doesn't cut) the loose, dead, undercoat hair that is the underlying source of shedding – and the allergies and cleanliness problems that come with it. The tool's unique stainless steel edge grabs loose undercoat hair and removes it without damaging the topcoat. Reduces shedding up to 90%. Guaranteed to reduce shedding better than any brush or comb. Works great on all shedding pets, both long- and short-haired. Brings out the pet's natural oils, leaving a shiny and healthy topcoat. Designed with comfortable ergonomic grip handles

We have your typical golden retriever that is the best dog but sheds everywhere. The house would be clean and the dog would make a run through the house and when she was done you wouldn't even know the house was just cleaned. I borrowed one of these from my mom who borrowed it from my aunt. (Mom also has a golden) Just to see if it was really worth it or not.
Let me tell ya even using the small one I pulled so much undercoat out from that golden I had to take pictures of how big the pile was because I was almost in disbelief as to how much undercoat it pulled out.
Two things that really stuck out in my mind about this product were that a bunch of the hair that I was getting out was white not the typical golden color of the dog this was telling me it really was getting the undercoat out and not just the top coat.
The second thing was that we have used shedding blades and other brushes on her before and anytime you got near her butt or tail she would try to nip at ya or start chewing on what ever was back there. I started using this on her and she just layed down and was more than happy to let me get near her backside and her tail without any complaining or nipping. This told me that it wasn't hurting her and she probably was enjoying getting rid of all that undercoat. Also worked well on the english bulldog and the cats too..

I have the yellow one and it works awesome. It seems like you brush forever and you still get loose fur.
