Pros: These are 100 gr. 3 blades fly very well.
Cons: none

I can say that i hit a doe had a pass threw and she only went about 30 yards. With a very good blood trail.
As far as switching the blades i dont know. I had hung my arrow on the mantil over the fire place.

Pros: No o-rings to mess with
Cons: n/a

I haven't shot a deer yet but these broadheads fly exactly like my field tips! At least with these I know when I do make my shot it will go where I aim it! Nice that I don't have to play with sights when I switch over to my broadheads!

Pros: Good exit w/ blood trail, flys exactly like field point
Cons: Not good from 20' up

I've used this BH from the ground numerous times without fail. Most only went 30-50yrds, but last year I shot one at 7yrds from the ground and she went 150yrds. I figure this was because she was looking right at me when I let it fly and she ran like the dickens and just keeled over. Good blood trails on all ground shot deer.

However, last year was the first time I used it from a stand, about 20' up. The buck was only very slightly quartered(I emphasize very slightly) to me and it went in exactly where I put it, right behind the shoulder, but upon inspeciton of the arrow, it somehow took a left hook and exited through the stomach.

After that I went through and thought about my ground deer and how the arrow reacted on those hits. The first one went straight through and ended up 20' past the deer. The second one went in, but I found it stuck in the dirt at a 45degree angle just feet behind where it stood. The third one went like the first. On the one that I found angled in the dirt and the one that went badly, I'm confident that I hit rib and seeing how these 3 blades open on impact, individually, and flip from front to back in and arching motion, it is highly likely that one blade caught before the others, drastically changing the trajectory of the arrow.

The BH does fly just like a FP, and no adjustment of the sight is needed when hunting season comes around. But if you hunt from an elevated stand, I would stay away from this particular mechanical. It may not flip on you everytime, but I'm not going to find out. Once is enough!!!
