Description:
|
A true Patriot never wants to be left out of the fight. So we made it part of our dual-cam arsenal. Now it's on the front lines with its Vertical Force Technology*, its larger, more forgiving brace height, and every other outstanding feature already found on its uni-cam brother, the Patriot. Join the revival and see the difference another 20 fps makes.
* Vertical Force Technology was first introduced by BowTech in 2001. VFT transfers energy vertically, and equally, in opposite directions. The design effectively removes all recoil and hand shock from the riser.
BowTech's family of VFT bows are simply the smoothest bows available. You'll notice the difference the first time...and every time...you shoot one.

I absolutly love this bow. It is very fast, I am shooting a 418 Grain Arrow at 308 fps with a 70lb. draw at 29 inches. This bow is very smooth to shoot, and once you add your simms vibration limb savers etc. it is virtually silent. The Bowtech Hush kit has been changed for 2004 which is the one thing I view could have used an improvment. If you are in the market for a new bow check this one out. It is a dual cam so you must keep it in tune, but that isn't very hard. A real sweet shooting bow!
------------------------------ Hunting is not a matter of life or death, it is much more important than that.

Draw cycle

Very quick bow. 375 grain at 61.25lbs and 291 fps. Accurate and flat out drives tacks.Parralel limbs really reduce handshock, recoil and noise as well. Just long enough at 34 7/8" ATA with a 7 and change brace height...hard to beat this bow for hunting.
I can't shoot groups anywhere under 40 yards without ruining arrows with this rig. very nice machine.
The draw cycle isn't for everyone though. Only comes in 65% letoff and loads up pretty quickly. Need to have a good shoulder to play this game.
