what can i say, i have fallen in love with this unit. i have smoked chickens,hams,venison summer sausage, walleyes, cornish game hens. just about anything you want can be done. this is a great unit. all you have too do is set it up for temp and how long too smoked it for. this has become my favorite way too cook. the taste that this gives you is fantastic. just my 2 cents, the walleye queen
