Pros:
satin finish for low reflectivity, replaceable filter, now has a hole for a string
Cons:
hard to keep cough contained in mouth piece
Does the job on a little hack but if you really bark like me you've got to plug your nose and really keep your lips tight around the tube to keep sound from escaping. They have now added a hole through which you can tie a sting to hand it around your neck or other places. http://www.bonner-tech.com
