Description:
THE TEKAN TM is the new breed of mechanical broadheads. Featuring a robust one-piece stainless steel ferrule construction which contains no pins or screws, also has a tough 5/8" cut-on-contact tip. The "camming" main blades are .040" thick and are truly simple to replace. In flight the blades are held closed and secure without any o-ring or clumsy clip assembly. The simple "spring washer" keeps the blades closed until impact and ratchet the blades open, keeping the blades from closing prematurely during penetration through flesh. Bar none this is the mechanical of choice.

Finally a broadhead I could get complete pass throughs with using my slow bow. Excellent blood trails, never had a deer go over 50 yds.

Pros:
Awesome Penetration, Flat black finish
Cons:

Blades did not stay closed during shot
I have the most current model of this broadhead (I think they have made changes twice now) I do not like the way the blades are held closed. I had suspicion that they opened from the force of the shot, so I shot the broadhead through a piece of tissue paper. I found that one of the blades had opened from the force of the shot, however there was still no noticeable difference in accuracy even at 40 yds.
