Pros: Very Very forgiving
Cons: None

The bowtech Liberty is one heck of a shooters bow. Very solid and the new freedom cam can't be beat for smoothness. When I was first shopping around for a new bow the owner of my local shop urged be to pull back the Liberty. I pulled it back with ease, he then asked me what I thought the weight was set at. I replied without hesitation that it can't be much more than 60. Well, he threw it on the scale and turns out it was bottomed out at 75lbs!!! I shot it about 20 times and didn't want to stop...so I bought it on the spot. One of the most accurate bows I have ever shot, and also one of the slowest. I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Bowtech has finally taken care of the problem with top heaviness they've had in previous year bows, a stabilizer isn't really required so I have a sims enhancer on the back of the riser and a light but incredibaly effective GKF tranqualizer on the front. The bow is very very stable and doesn't budge on the shot. In fact the only clue you have that you shot the bow is the sound the arrow makes when it hits the target.

In closing, if speed is an issue with you, like it is with most people nowadays, I don't know why but it is, then this bow isn't for you. If you're looking for a tool that is comfortable and just plain a joy to shoot then it is for you. Remember, sound travels roughly 750fps, and deer can drop one third it's height in 1/10th of a second, so if you're shooting a loud 350fps bow at a deer standing on 20 yards(60ft), he'll here your bow before your arrow is even half way there giving him plenty of time to jump the string.

Pros: Forgiving, medium speed, quiet and little hand shock.
Cons: First impression of dealers very poor! Company having some trouble backing up product.

Overall, the bow is what I expected. When I first got it, it had more shock than the ones that I had test shot before, I had to send it back to bowtech because the dealer couldn't find the problem. Turns out it had come from the factory set wrong, so much for the 73 pt. inspection check. Some, but minimal, string wear early.

However, the bow shoots really well now. The shock is near absent, it is deadly quiet and the bow shoots so easily. It is easy to be accurate and it is balanced perfectly. The grip sets nicely in the hand and the bow is very manuverable. I get 260 fps. @29" at 71# with a 445 gr. arrow, thats pretty good for a hunting set-up. And ofcourse the draw is unbelievably smooth.

Just be careful of the dealer you choose, don't always go with the lowest price. The bow itself is a real shooting machine.
