Arrow can not fall out
Cons:
Loading the arrow. Hard on fletching.
This rest is okay. It is a little harder to load than a regular rest, but the arrow can not fall off and make noise. I never used this rest for hunting. I shoot a helical fletch, and it kept ruining my fletchings, so I went to a drop away rest. Maybe it's good if you shoot straight fletchings, but I did not really like it. I had the modle with the black fibers. I have not shot the one with the brown fibers.

Pros:
keeps the arrow in place period.
Cons:
lost 2 feet per second of arrow speed
i have had one for 3 years, i have not had any vanes ripped off by it although it did cause mild waves on the vanes. then i switched to the newer version with the brown fibers and quick load notch and have not had anymore problems. the great thing is that it gives me piece of mind knowing that my arrow will not move therefore allowing even greater concentration on my target leading to better accuracy. it is easy to use and to tune and the replacements are affordable.

Simple, effective, accurate, quiet, great for hunting, stalking, 3-D, etc.
Cons:
Uhh, umm....
The WB will NOT damage Blazers, Predators, Vanetecs and many other vanes. Read the FAQ on www.carolinaarcheryprod.com and add a drop of glue to the leading edge of each vane.
The WB is a great rest. Rating it a 1 is ridiculous. There is no more popular or better rest for hunting, and it holds its own in 3-D, too.

great for young hunters and archery shooters.

Cons:

My son loves it and it helps greatly in hunting situations as well as 3-d target shoots. He Shoots very well, took 2nd in county 1st year shooting. He has had no fletching issues, but I could see where this could be an issue pulling a high poundage bow.

I love this rest I was skeptical, it came on my new martin bow. After trying it I love it. I never had any problems with it throwing my arrow off messing up my vanes or anything. i have the one with brown bristles and the notch in the side for easy loading.

Great rest. No problems putting my blazer vanes through it. I was skeptical about putting one on my bow, but after my dad loved his I had to try it. Glad I did. Accuracy actually improved.
