Size – #6 – #10
Thread - black or brown uni thread 6/0
Tail – pheasant tail fibers
Body – tan colored buggy yarn
Shell Back/Wing case - pheasant barbs
Hackle – 2-3 wraps of pheasant after shaft
Rib - fine copper wire
Comment - Excellent hex pattern heavily influenced by Schmidt’s Hex. I frequently use mono eyes for a more life like appearance. Thanks to Rickey Drager for this addition to our library.
