Comment - Call it an Estaz egg with eyes, call it a nymph but this is Ken Mika’s (owner of Franek’s Market in Traverse City) favorite fly. Equally effective for both Salmon and Steelhead. A very simple fly to tie and durable too. On those days when green and olive are hot, a good fly to have in the box.
