Cabin Coachman Fly Pattern

Cabin Coachman Fly Pattern

Hook – Mustad #94840 or #94833
Size – #10 – #14
Thread – black 6/0
Tail – brown hackle fibers
Body – peacock herl
Wings – mallard flank, upright & divided
Hackle – brown

Comment – This attractor fly was originated by Aggie Bugbee of Grayling. I’m sorry I don’t have much info on Aggie. This fly should not be confused with another Michigan pattern of the same name, first tied at the cabin of George Mason. Thanks to Tom Deschaine for this submission.
