Steve it might be nice to get a place where we can all get together and maybe shake a few or a lot of hands. I wonder how many would drive ot a place and say meet all that wants to come. I realize that Cabelas does not support this site but they have a EXCELLENT meeting place and they DO HAVE A LOT OF things to see there for all.
How maybe fourm members would like some kind of a get together ? I have to admit though it would be dangerous for me to spend 4or more hours inside a SPORTING GOODS STORE if you understand my meaning.

please voice your opinion and ideas and then say if you would like to get together some time .

Sounds like a great idea. I would suggest after xmas, crowds may be less. Or was it supposed to be an opportunity of shop also?

I think that is a great idea.
I just thought I would throw in an additional idea: How about getting together a bunch of folks together to shoot clay pigeons.
I can tell from your posts that a lot of people are pretty proud of their firearms, and it would give others a chance to see them. I bet we have some expert shots here too, which I would have fun watching. (Not me, I am a pretty mediocre shot but working on it.) We could make it kind of a combination trap shoot and pic-a-nic, with those who have some good wild game recipes showing off that skill.
Just my .02. I would certainly show up to gaze and graze at Cabela’s; I have not even been there yet.

Happy fields and streams,

I would try, weather permitting of course. If this happens I can pick up a rider from the area too, if anybody wants.

Sounds like a good idea. Maybe if we meet at Cabela's after Christmas, they'll have some bargains on sale. Than again, if it's too cold to shoot outdoors, just about any old gun & knife show will do. Sounds like there are plenty of opportunities.

Sounds like fun to me too, anywhere and just about any time this winter would be great.

I would sure like to, but when may be a problem for me. We are leaving for Florida just before Christmas and won't be back until Feb. HOWEVER - pick a date and I'll see what I can do....
