Howdy-

Do a web search on 'Used Bows', 'Archery Equipment', etc. You'll find a bunch of sites.

Ebay always has a bunch of 'em, too.....as do yard sales.

Deer Garage Sales

My wife was out checking out the local garage sales one day when she called to tell me about a bow that was for sale. She wanst sure what the name of it was but said there was a small bear embelm and that is was not a compound bow. I asked her to check with the owner to find out the name, he said it was the Fred Bear Take Down and was built in Grayling, MI. She then told me that he was selling it for $5. I just about left work myself to go buy it but she did that for me.
My suggestion is to check out some of the local garage sales for someone selling a bow. Its not the first time I've seen one for sale.

Be cautious with ebay. I ended up with a twisted limb special.

You can also find used recurves at the traditional shoots that happen throughout the summer.

Ebay is a good place. You can always ask for an inspection period if in doubt.

Try the swap meet and Bowhunter Jamboree at the Oakland County Sportsman's Club this weekend. They usually have several recurve available from club members.
