Deer Jays

Welcome Bowdoctor!
Are you out of Jays in Gaylord or Clare? Ever since Jays opened in Gaylord, I have not missed one opportunity to stop in there when I'm visiting the parents in Gaylord. I bought my wifes and my bows from the Gaylord Jays store. My compliments to the crew at the Gaylord store for a fine job anytime I need a tune up or assistance with our bows.

Rich,

Dave glad to see ya aboard. in 97' you rebuilt my hoyt fastflight while i was on my way bowhunting. new fastflight strings, cams, axles. you fixed it right up and i shot with confidence. boy did it make a difference. in november that fall i killed a nice 8 point with it. i stopped back in jays and showed ya the pic. i couldnt have been happier. i think that old fastflight is ready for another rebuild! lol it has had alot of arrows through it and taken alot of deer. good to see you're around. welcome to ms.com polarbear

Hello Dave! Freeland MI eh? I grew up in Freeland and spent many days at Erno's before Harolds kids screwed it up.

Are you working for/or with Rouchert? My dad and Mike were buddies from way back. They hunted together quite often. In fact, I still have Mikes 1st Onieda Eagle bow that he got for field testing. I finally got a new bow this year (Forge F2), but have had the Eagle since my dad gave it to me. He bought it from Mike. The bow still works and has killed lots of deer!

Take care,
Bob Kietzman

Is he still building arrows and stuff? I remember playing around his place when I was a kid. He's made plenty of arrows for my dad, brother and me over the years.
