Default 3D and Broad head tune up shoots???

If you haven't tuned up you bow yet or your broadheads or worse yet yourself, now is the time to do so. Maybe a nice list of places to tune yourself in might be appropriate in the forum now.

I encourage everyone to add to this listwherever they shoot so everyone can find a place to tune in at.

I usually shoot at the Oakland County Sportsmen's Club in Clarkston.

They start their broadhead leagues the first week of August and they run for 8 weeks. Great place to tune in your broadheads. They have a 3-Hour start window beginning at 4:00pm on Tues, Wed, Thur, and 9:00am on Wed. Bring a team of up to 4 people or come by yourself and they will set you onto a team. A banquet with lots of prizes follows at the end of the league.

They also have a Bowhunter Jamboree on Aug 7 & 8. A 30 Target 3D course, Novelty shoots if you're into that and Bob Bauer's Outdoor World Radio show on Saturday morning on 97.1 will be broadcast from there.

Costs for these are $5.00 for members and $8.00 for non-members for each run of the course.

Where else can we all go???

Royal Oak Archers has a broadhead league beginning August 5th(Thursdays 12pm until dark)and it runs 8 weeks. You can shoot the entire league or just walk in and shoot it for practice. We also have broadhead or 3D shoots every Sunday beginning in August. Check out the shoot schedule on the link below.
