Default Sled for Portable?

Does anyone have any pictures of their home made sled for pulling out portable shanty's? I have one made from all metal that won't fit in the trunk of my car. I am thinking that I might need one that will fold or that is smaller than my folded up Viking 3000. Appreciate any help.

Take Five

I have a Shappell, its similar to the viking. Shappell corp makes a set of fold-away skis for thier shanty, they MIGHT be adaptable to the viking if Viking does not make them.

Simple to use, they fold flat when you set-up, and extent to make 6" high skis when folded up and moving..

Default Shanty and gear sled

Take 5,
Here is a link to a post from last year. Although we have modified it even further for towing behind a quad this year, we still use it and it works great.

That link doesn't work, but if you go to www.fish307.com you can look around in there and find the skies under shappell shanties.

hypox

You can call Shappell...

Shappell Corp.
3562 Jefferson Hwy
Grand Ledge, MI 48837-9750
Phone: (517) 622-2700

They normally have orders out within days...

Tell them your model, and they will get you the right ones
The 3000dx skis were only $20.00
