Fished Lake of the Woods this morning fishing was slow and tough had 4 inches of ice with 3 inches of snow/slush. Raining most of the morning but caught 17 keepers it was not as good as last weekend when we limited on Sunday morning and almost limited on Saturday. Last weekend mousies and waxworms were hot this weekend wigglers were the best but not real fast action.

Fished Saturday 4PM on a little lake near Kalamazoo MI.
There were 4 guys out on the ice, a 6" to 8" mix of ice/snow.
2 good stabs with a spud would go right on thru. I wore my PFD under my
coat, just in case.
Hey Guys they were biting..
I caught 8 bluegills, nice fish, really clean.
5 fish were 8".....biggest was 8 1/2"
