Looking to pick up some hunting land, but wondering about the financing options. My bank and credit union doesnt loan on these.

I live in Oakland Co, and have found a few finance brokers who do this, but they are way up north or west side of state.

Looking for someone in oakland county who might be able to help out.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Dude...What does it matter who and/or where the finance souce is headqurtered or located? Simply look for a (any) lending source that will take on (buy) your type of deal. If the bank is in frick'n Egypt, and provides lending so that you get your huntintg land, DO IT!

Still need help, PM me ( all, pro bono)

Greenstone Farm Credit Services is usually a good option for hunting land loans.

I have used them 3 times and was impressed all three times

I love that I get a check from them when the company does well

They lowered my payments early after 1 year when interest rates dropped.

They are involved in financing over 90% of my clients who purchase vacant land.

Where can I get a list of the properties you currently have as I am in the process of finding another property for myself! Also do you do anything in south east Ohio?
