Default Mitchells/st.lukes ice

I understand several trucks went through the ice in mitchells bay today,, 5th or 6th tree ice is only 5-6".

Pressure cracks have openned in areas in st.lukes,, couple guys went over the handle bars at the second crack,, not fun they were 4+ miles out and they got wet! Luckily they only had to walk a mile to the next group who pulled them in!

Ice has a fresh coat, very slick and it is very tough to see where those pressure cracks are now! Wait until light and go slowly!

Oh and there are still a few fish there!

Thanks CH. After the rain then the high winds earlier this week I hardly find that unexpected. Please people beware of ice conditions, they aren't what they were last weekend.
