Default lake mitchell or lake cadillac

i am goin to be in the cadillac area for the next week for work and was wondering if anyone had been fishing or doin any good on these lakes. i have never fished them but i am goin to give them a try. i would like to get into some walleye and hopefully catch a few pike too. any info on these lakes other than the "fishweb" info would be appreciated. depth of lake, where to go or even where to start. thanks in advance...

i go up to cadillac and mitchell once or twice every year. to be honest with ya, the locals seem like the only ones that do any good at all. For the last couple years we have been trying other inland lakes instead.....

maybe its just us, but i'm not that big of a fan.....

What deep spots in mitchel??? if you can find the 20' hole in front of charlies you should do well for eyes and crappie. other wise if your looking for deep i'm assumin you fishing off toronto which can produce but don't stay in one place long. not sure if the causeway on cadillac is producing yet or not but as the season progresses the gills and crappie get real hot here and nice pike are iced as well. hope this helps
