Default Scaring deer off property!

Three weeks ago 2 of my neighbors had it out. One of them called me and wondered what the other could have done to scare the deer off his property. Mind you there are 50 to 60 deer in this section and he has seen less then 10 since the 15th. This is great hunting ground, Ag with thick cover. Even before he mentioned it I had noticed it. Any ideas?

If he is using that, you can report him to the DNR because "C`Mere Deer" is considered baiting. It`s illegal also.
