WAAAAAAAZUP!! I hit the Ausable today from 2pm til 4pm then I hit the Bar heavily from 6-1:30!!!!!
The Bar was good, had a few beam and cokes and the people were all really cool. the Ausable was a different stroy!!
I had about ten minutes of quality fishing before they opened up the dam and sent mud downriver!!!! I fished the Meat hole first then I hopscothec all the way down to the peir to stay in front of the mud. I hooked one at the pier for like 2 seconds and a headshake, but nothing at the other three stops. I heard of two fish cauigt before I got there!!! 1 was taken at the dam and the other was at the meathole. I guess I should have woke up a little eeralier!!
Well I guess I better go sleep off my buzz huh? Later guys
Hopefully the opening of the dam will push a few fresh ones upriver!!!

Hehe, now I know you got a buzz on when you got your dates off my a whole month! I hit the dam, and the whirlpool from 7:30 to 11:00 this morning. Nothing at the dam except a lil' kid who was just bs-ing about the 4 steelies he had on before i got there...ya right. Heard of a few caught the day before at the boat launch, and a new spot to try too. That was it for me, I had to go home and study. otherwise i would have liked to do more. the water was too low for me. i would have been okay if i would have used floats, but i did not feel like it. i did not see anything caught today, but i did not ask around much either.

Yup a month off! HEHE at least I got the day and the year right!
Serial, the aluminum hatch doesn't really get too bad there, It's the graphite hatch that get's out of control.
