Hey everyone.. new here but I think I will be a good addition. I hit a loose brown in the east side surf today and saw another one caught the day before. I was reading a report here and there about people hitting browns through the ice and hitting some late in the year. I have ideas on why we find fish in the lake that dont activly seem to spawn. But will discuss that a lil later if you guys seem interested.

Sideshow,

I see you are from AuGres. I fish there heavily in the spring and fall for browns, steelies, salmon and walleyes. Are your surf fishing at the Singing Bridge right now? We caught some nice kings and browns trolling out there this past fall. I thought the shoreline was still froze up.

Yeah Im from the steelheadsite.. stelmon!!! Haha.. you guys get around. Haha no prob on the bags there weezer. The surf coming off lake huron opens and closes all winter long and can be open one day and packed with ice the next. I have a feeling you guys probably saw me saw me at some point if you fish there on a regular basis... Im usually haging around the edges. The question is.. how did you do at the ausuable? Its going to be a long week...
