Thumbs Down

Fished the Pinnebog for the second time this fall without success. Tried nimphs and a buddy used wax worms. Most of the deep holes in the park were frozen in the frog water. Too cold, too soon. Should have fished the Huron on Kroppe's advice, but we all know how steel gets under our skin.
Stopped by the Oqueoc a week ago and seen fish taken at the mouth.
Slow man, real slow.

Hey Caddis, Steve.
Tip of the thumb, just west of Pt. Austin.
Fishing has been questional since the lake levels dropped. The lower stretches are too shallow. All of the gravel runs are on private property.
