Rifle River???

I know quite a few of you guys fish the Rifle. I'm in need of some information of the Lower below Omer. I'm sure water-clarity is essential in that stretch. Are the runs starting yet? I would like to target Steelhead and Lake-run Browns. I can appreciate the sensitivity of advertising info on the Rifle. That river is very vulnerable to fishing pressure. An E-mail would be most helpful.
