Went fishing late Saturday afternoon. Started marking alot of fish in the 10-15 ft mark. Tried for them no luck. Caught a nice 25in or so pike on 4 lb test there. Was getting way to cold in the wind so we headed close to shore in a calm spot. Started casting and realed a lot of nice 9 in gills, 10-12in perch and a few bass. Guys i was with thought it was equal to Canada fishing. We were in 2-3 ft of water water temp at 62-65. Fish were holding around logs or about 6-8 ft off shore. Hitting very light. Great day on a new lake! Maybe Miner lake next weekend.
