Michigan needs a Miss Catfish and festival

Here is the question. Which river in Michigan is the best producing catfish river and which community should take the lead to promote their local catfish festival?

I hear the lower Grand River has a good catfish reputation and I suggest Eastmanville for a central catfish festival site. What's your suggestion?
