Default New Record Walleye???

Has anyone else heard of a supposed 18 lb walleye caught in the trenton channel two days ago???

Cabela's has talked with this guy as well as staff of DNR/Fisheries Division in the Livonia field office. Anyone ...anyone??...andy

I heard a rumor from one of my buddies---I'll believe it when it is verified by the DNR.........

If it is true, that is one BIG FISH. That is a good size steelhead or salmon, I cant imagine a walleye that size. Can you imagine the cheeks on that thing, probally a meal in itself.

Yes, the world record is in the mid 20s, I think 26 or 24.

A buddy (MWTroll) was there Sat. and he was fishing next to a guy that caught one 15lbs. and had it weighed at the Lighthouse in Trenton. What a Gator!!!!!!
