I just wanted to let everyone know that tonight, June 27th, is the June 2006 General Membership meeting for the Detroit Area Steelheaders. Meetings are held at 7:30PM at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Chicago Rd(13 Mile Rd) between Van Dyke and Mound, in Warren Michigan across from the GM Tech Center.
Tonight’s meeting will feature Captain Steve Dennis of Fishbone Charters giving an informational seminar on Great Lakes Salmon Trolling. There will also be results of the South Haven and Port Austin Tournaments Tournaments, as well as discussion regarding the upcoming Frankfort and Ludington Tournaments.
There will also be the regular monthly fishing reports and discussion, raffles, and general camaraderie.
The club is a great way to meet other fisherman from the area. We have trolling tournaments and club outings throughout the year, and monthly meetings with guest speakers and "How-To" seminars.
You DO NOT have to be a member to attend the meetings. Guests are always welcome. Hope to see some new faces in attendance. Come introduce yourself.
