Question Princecraft Boats?

My wife and I recently inherited a Princecraft 142 SC. It looks like a very nice boat. I was not able to find out anything about Princecraft on the web. Are these nice boats? Is there anything I should know about these boats (reliablity problems, etc.)?

Any help would be greatly apprecciated.

Looked at a Princecraft several years ago at the Cobo Show. They are manufacturered in Canada. Their 14 and 16 foot deep-v's seem to have much more freeboard than the competition. All together I think they are good boat. Seen a couple of fish camps in Northern Ontario use them.

Every fly-in camp I've been to has either Princecrafts or Lunds. The Princecrafts were always solid boats,
