Branch County Buck
After all these years, I still can't figure out how to post pictures on here. They are in my gallery if somebody could help me out posting them here. Shot a decent 12 point this morning at 8am. Rough scored at 138 3/8 and he weighed 202 lbs dressed.
There is another picture in there of the heart shot if somebody would be so kind to post that also. The reason, that picture is exactly how I pulled the heart out of the cavity, with the arrow still stuck right through the middle of it.
Great buck, nice shot.

Congrats. I looked at the photo, but don't know either how to get the photo onto the thread. That is an awesome deer. By describing him as "decent" I can't imagine what one of your big ones looks like. Congrats again.

looks like that arrow found its mark.
Nice job on a sweet buck. Good mass all the way out. Any idea on age?? Seems like Calhoun and Branch county are putting out some good ones again this year

Thanks for posting pics guys, one of these days I might figure it out.
Don't know on age but would guess 3.5 year old. He ran about 70 yards and the muzzy 3 blade made a beautiful blood trail.
I thought he would be more than 138 also but just doesn't have the tine length.
