I took my first deer to a processer when I was 14yrs old. Never again !  ..Been doing mine for years have all the tools i.e grinders , vac sealers , saw , knifes and I like specialty meats too but take mine to other meat markets to have it done so I can different things done to
different deer ..No one takes better care of your meat then you do..

My bad for picking on you. You said you like to get some of the specialty meats and I'm really referring to those people that have the whole deer made into summer sausage.

Aye, I used to really enjoy cutting deer up with my dad when i was young, i think i ground more hamburger by hand than Ebels does by grinder. But as i grow older i have less time to devote to cutting up deer, and processing. Heck i am worried i might not even have Opening day off.
