Walked into the post office and said. "I would like to send this package to this address". The lady said. " that will be $9 please, do you want it insured? Just some lures that I was selling, so I declined. That was on the 27th of April. As of May 15 the package has not arrived at said address. When I inquired about the delay, the same lady said, "there is nothing we can do". So, assuming that they were not recieved at said address, I do not have my lures, he does not have lures, I do not have monies for said lures and the post office has my $9 for the service of not sending lures to address on package or the return address on said package. I am going to the post office and ask for my $9 back.I will tell them when the package is recieved at said address or returned to me I will then come back to the post office and give them the $9. How do you think that will work out?????

3.....one..two...three thats the number of members ive seen give up and delete their accounts on here because some members are sofreakin immature that all they do is rag on these guys. You have most recently, a professional guide who's been on this site for 10 FLIPPIN YEARS delete his account because people get way to personal. Its ridiculous its literally a form of cyberbullying. And dont start the BS " you just have to have tough skin and dont take anything personally". Ive had to resort to PM'ing trusted members because i cant make a thread without someones sarcasm. It isnt part of this site. We call our selves a "brotherhood or fraternity", a group of men/women sticking togethet to perserve our love of the outdoors and we cant even get along! A house divided falls.....ill probably get a warning or even kicked off for this thread but its insane at this point. Name calling, sarcasm, personal threats, the list goes on.....is this a elementary playground or a forum for people!? Many men and women give FREE advice here and we bully them off the site. Just me blowing some steam after seeing this ridiculous issue rage on.....something needs to be done.

Just thought I'd measure the interest here in our online community to see who'd be interested in running a 5k per month somewhere in the mid Michigan geographic area.
This is a link to several scheduled events around the greater Lansing area. http://www.playmakers.com/index.php?...cat.listevents

If anybody else has a link to races in their area, or races that you're scheduled to run, post them up. It would be nice to get together and encourage each other and maybe do some carb replenishment afterward.;)

The link I posted has a Wednesday June 20th "Twi-Lite" run in downtown Lansing. Starts at 7:00 p.m. along the River Walk. I train on this trail and can attest to it's beauty and consistancy. It's just $18 if you sign up early. http://www.playmakers.com/index.php?...57|61|56|62|59

Maybe get Steve to sponsor us with "Team Michigan Sportsmen" T-Shirts?:D
Anybody interested?:)

Hello all,

This is a little out in left field, but I need help finding a company I know is based in mid-Michigan that produces assembly systems for threaded fasteners. It is a pogo-stick type of screw gun that is used in trailer and truck body assembly. Their systems take a bin of fasteners (5/16" or 3/8" typically) and get them to a suction tube, and then to the fastening device.

I thought they were located in the West Branch-ish area but I can't find anything. Maybe Lewiston or maybe on the west side, but I can't remember.

Thanks for any help.

I' noticed a couple weeks ago that we were getting close. I looked at it last week and thought we might get there this past weekend but didn't quite get there. First thing this morning, we were a few hundred posts away. I just looked and we passed four million posts probably some time in the past hour.

We hit 3 million on 2/21/10, so we all made one million posts in a little over 14 months!

Keep it up folks.
