Tippy Dam Information

Hello all, I will be visiting the backwaters of Tippy Dam with my Dad for our annual walleye trip this year. I was wondering if anyone had fished the backwaters recently and if you could give me a report on what's happening there, what to expect. I have the topo map and fishing information provided with it, but I'd appreciate hearing from someone who's fished it themselves recently.
