Got down there around 7:00AM. A large front had just passed through. There were only 6 boats at the ramp. Water was calm and the sun was shining.
Fished out front of the ramp down to the grand stands. The wind picked up.
Fished the Belle Isle Bridge - Landed one nice eater and lost 3 at the boat.
Moved out to the buoy at the edge of Lake St Clair. Boated tow and lost 3more plus one mini eye. We left about noon and saw maybe 25 fishing boats all morning.
It was a beautiful morning. Too bad you slept in.
Total 3 eaters largest around 5-1/2 lbs
