Now that I have your attention, you know who you are. Your the people who just look at this site and take in all the information but dont bother to join in on the action and contribute to the site.
Its free to join so what do you have to loose?????? You dont have to give out your hot spots, just state where you didnt do any good or I caught this amount in a general area.
I ran into a feller tonight at the st jeans launch that admitted he often reads the info on this site and never has posted or joined the site. It just doesnt make any sense to me that you will read and use what others have to share but you will not contribute at all!
More often than not there is more guests viewing this forum than actual members and its getting kind of old. So cmon sign up today and start contributing and make it a better experiance for us all.
BTW fished 4-5 hrs for a couple bass and a couple sub-legal eye's. Same results from everyone else I talked to on the water.
Its time to make a move.

Shadow that is what PM's are for. (for you non members--Private messages) I often exchange the latest fishing info. And it doesn't matter if the Michigan sportsman member has one post, new to the site or 1000 post.

That doesn't make much sense, given our economic and social way of life. It's called capitalism, and the real benefit is to those who do not post. Our business and political leaders benefit themselves by taking advantage of others, so why shouldn't oppportunistic fisherman do the same? Socialism, that is to say, giving for the benefit of the hive, is for the Chinese peasant to endure, and for the rest of the world to exploit.
Consider the ghosts at Michigan Sportsman our outdoor capitalists--for it is they who will benefit from taking, and more importantly, not giving. You can't blame them. After all, it's our way of life.;)

Oops almost forgot a fishing report for that area. Last Thursday I tried torlling the dalphine/dumps and peach island. including a few minuets in the sturgeon hole. Action was hot if you like silver bass. I fish it in the middle of the day using 3 ways and harnesses. I'm sure there are walleye there somewhere :dizzy:

Shadow, you and I and quite a few others on this site will talk to anybody, anywhere, anytime. Other folks just won't. I met both kinds last night at the wall at Marysville. Barely got a grunt out of one guy, talked to another guy for an hour or two.
My son has been a registered member of this site for two years and has never posted once. Same with his buddy.
If I ever catch anything this year I'll tell you :chillin: but I gotta catch something first.

I hear you shadow. There is a way to share info without giving away the secrets. and oh yea...it's a big secret that the rencen gives up fish...and the trailer park etc....It's even worse over with the ducks hunters, come season the board is quiet cause no one wants to talk about thier spot!!!....thanks for the report about the sub legal eyes. I figure that gig is up. thats why I am home this AM with the family. ....andy

You raised a good point about posting even if unsuccessful. It never dawned on me that stating where not to go could actually help narrow in on where they may be. Now if I could only make the time to get out on the water...
