does anyone know where i can catch a load of perch in LSC on the American side

You might give the light House a try. Canadian side of the ditch American water. It has been good to me over the past few springs . I haven't tried it yet but it worth a shot. Any where along the ditch you might have a shot. There is a lot of shiners traveling up river the perch won't be far behind,.
