Fished the Gold Course last night for a few hours. I didn't see many fish caught, maybe 7 or 8 Walleye and a 30" Coho. A couple of Walleye had to be return, to small.
I did manage to catch these two though and lost two.

I couldn't resist, took a drive by the river last night and to my suprise the water was really clear. So I gave it a try at the golf coarse. Started casting at 9:15, caught 3 by 9:40. 10:30 had my limit all 14 to 20 inches. Saw a few other fish caught mainly right at dark.

Fishtrap not sure where you were standing. I was there from 7 to 11 and I never saw anyone hook up that many times and with the few people that were there it would have been hard to notice.
If you did congrats you are the first one to bring in more then 3 fish not to mention a limit there this year.

Arrowhawk, I really don't like fishing elbow to elbow down in front of the flag pole, been there done that years ago. I've learned that there are fish all along the wall, not just in that hole. The flag pole is good in the beginning of the year when the big ones are on the bottom, but they have changed there pattern. Last night was pretty slow, caught 5, buddy caught 2, we lost 3 and threw 2 back. I saw atleast 15 other fish caught at the other end. Started fishing at the golf coarse last friday, my son and I have caught 37, fishing 5 of those days. Alot of small ones 13" 14" also catching some 5 and 6lb's.
I have been going up there for 18 years now, it took me about 12 to figure them out. After it warms up a bit I take the hole family down, and we manage to do pretty good, the best we ever did was 52 in one night. I can fish any spot along the wall, and almost never get skunked catching atleast 2 or 3.

Well congrats.
I have no clue as to where or what time you have been at the golf course.
I have been fishing it this year almost every night and this is my 23rd year over there. I haven't seen or heard a total of that many fish caught in a single night even with every fish caught by the people there combined this year.
Well all the power to ya and keep up the good work.
