Hey Arrowhawk, Thanks for the invite, I live about 10 minutes from the golf coarse, I'm down there usally every night when there in, but in my experience tonite will not be very productive. As you know the wind has been blowing out of the N.E all day. The water will probably be a little murky, and I know the temp. drops a bit from the cold lake water, the fish seem to slow down. Went last night, caught 7 kept 4 it was pretty slow compared to the weekend. Caught 23, and some other guys got 19. The north wind was blowing yesturday! The best time is still right at dark 9:30 until 10:00 this time of year, You will usally get a couple and then nothing! I think tomorrow will be better only 5 to 10 mph wind expected.

Thanks
yes that wind isn't any good for there. I will probably still give it a shot. May be my only chance this week.

Walleyes would be the catch of the night at the golf course. It's cold out tonight and like trap said it will shout them eyes down in hurry, the water temp is 48 down 2 degrees I'm staying home tonight.

Ed, the water was 49 degrees and the fish had the feed bags on big time last night. 19 fow and clear. Vampire raps, purplescent raps, and kevorkian pencil's sprayed with a saltwater shad scent. I lost better than a dozen fish halfway to the boat due to the hooks on the raps. Talked to a couple other guys and they had minimal success.

I was thinking of trying the river at night, but I don't have a trolling motor, only my 85 HP Johnson. What setup do you use, and what would you suggest for the boat?

Thanks!

We were anchored in 20 fow whippin by the power plant in Marysville. Bob. b has posted a picture of his set up over the last few days, take a look it will help explain it better than what I can.
