Got out just after the rain last night, after a near perfect weekend the eyes were still holding. got a limit of nice eaters 16 inchers. 4 on red head wonder bread and 2 on the new rap steel chrome I think thats whats it's called. 3 foot on the dropper fish are still running high. Seen lots of smelt running.

Good job Ming Ming......I too went out but from 5-11 and only caught 4 of which only 1 was a keeper. I heard that by the time I trailered my boat and got home, my buddy that was out there handlining got a limit and a threw back 1 and was on his way home within one hour after I left. His fish were between 2 and 6 pounds. Black headed clown was the ticket. I was whippin and he said the fish were out deeper.

Out of 18 Walleye, 14 were caught on Red head and a pearl body pencil plug.Some were on the easter-egg and some on the wonderbread. Other than the pearl base color I think anything along with these colors would have worked.

I was at the SCR for the second time this year, we got 4 nice ones by MC lambton plant. I smoked them on my new Cookshack smoker I bought. They came out fantastic. I think I will put out a post. tightlinesyall
