Just thought I'd let everyone know that doesn't have a boat, where they can get some pretty good action. The boat launch side of Mary'sville park, in the last two weeks I've caught a variety of fish. 35 jumbo perch, 8 coho salmon, 1 king salmon, 1 steel head, 4 northern pike, a few largemouth and smallmouth bass, and 10lb. walleye. All these fish were caught on minnow using a perch rig.

This past weekend there was a walleye contest in the scr, spot was pretty slow because of the boats going out. I went and fished the golf course, and on sat. night got 8 walleye and on sun. night caught 15. alot of the fish were small still took home 9. Twisters pink head pearl body.

Today I fished the access by selfridge tons of pan fish, bass, pike, and a couple of walleyes casting a small minnow rapala.

Thanks I have a boat but I also take the time to do a lot of shorefishing also some of the best fishing I have done has been from shore, opening day for pike I took a 40incher & 2 30inchers, not bad for a ten minute ride and 1 hour of fishing.

Thanks for the report!!! back in the day me and my buds use to catch limits of huge perch back then it was a 100. They messed it up when they paved the parking lot they thru all the crap in the river and it recked the spawn grounds, it's slowly coming back. Hey how many gobies did you hook and (kill) all of them I hope.
